Answers to your questions

• We arrive 60-90 minutes to set-up before Crew Call times
• We breakdown 60-90 minutes before crew wrap times
• All Items are left in disposables after craft services wrap.
• Difficult load-ins require additional load-in staff (2hrs)
• Tables, Tents, Chairs can be supplied at additional Costs
• Electricity, Lighting and Water Supply are not provided. These items must be provided by production company.
• Beverages: £3.95 per person (Water/Soda/Juice: ALL DAY) (NOT INCLUDED IN PACKAGES)
• All orders MUST be placed 24 hours before start date of our Craft Services
• Delivery fee for Craft Services range from £75 – £125 depending on your location
• 75% Deposit is required upfront. Full Balance is due last day service
• Equipment Kit Rental: £125.00 + per day (up to 40 people)
• Craft Services Attendant: £200.00 per day (35 ppl or less)
• Orders of 35 people or more will require 2 craft services attendants
• Shopping & Preparation: £200.00
  
• Shop & Prep Staff: Daily rate is based on a 10-hour day
• Heavily discount packages require an all disposable set-up (unless otherwise specified)
• Disposable set up is required for all location facilities without proper sinks to clean equipment.

SERVICE CHARGES

These are our standard craft catering prices although prices can vary based on your budget

• Craft Services Staff / Labour: £200 (10 hrs) / £250 (12hrs) Please call for overnight services and charges.  
  
• Equipment Kit Rental: £125.00+ per day (up to 40 people)
  
• Shop & Prep Attendant: £200.00 – £250.00 (8-12 Hours)
  
• Delivery: £75 – £125 per delivery depending on location
• Outdoor set-up requires an all disposable set-up
